To approach the problem of human development and its characteristics is to take into account fundamental aspects that characterize growth, such as health, education and living conditions, which have currently been affected worldwide due to the impact of Covid-19 and, as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has warned, its effects threaten a setback and consequently affect development. The setback in the aforementioned areas is currently present in almost every country and region of the world, but the greatest devastation is seen in developing countries, for obvious reasons. The above reasons motivated this study, which aims to identify the characteristics of human development as a vital process of humanity and its risks during the Covid-19 period.
