Resumen

CUEVA KEAN CHONG, Tanya Veridiana  y  NOBOA CUEVA, Joselin Beatriz. Acceptance of the covid-19 vaccination and restrictions on the use of the card to access the Universidad de Milagro. Conrado [online]. 2022, vol.18, n.84, pp. 253-261.  Epub 10-Feb-2022. ISSN 1990-8644.

The main objective of the study is to identify the relationship between those who approved of being vaccinated and the approval of restrictions on entry to public places for the unvaccinated. The methodology used was exploratory, descriptive and correlational, 271 people were taken as a sample between teachers and students over 18 years of age from Unemi. Among the main findings, it was found that 74.9% of respondents are vaccinated 53.60% with two doses and 86.30% were vaccinated to avoid getting sick, 87.4% consider having done so due to social pressure and 65.20% consider that morality was what prompted them to get vaccinated. The correlations of the two variables show that there is an impact of 60.7% between the intention to be vaccinated and the social restriction (moderate positive correlation), that is, that the people surveyed, despite agreeing to be vaccinated, hardly they approve the limitations of the card for mobilization in public places, especially because urban transport harms them and this can be said to happen, due to the delays in the revision process and because it would affect family members or relatives who are not vaccinated.

Palabras clave : Vaccination; Covid-19; citizen responsibility; restrictions on the unvaccinated.
