The training of the Primary Education professional is not only directed towards the appropriation of knowledge and skills necessary for the exercise of the profession, but also towards the development of a solid motivation that positively affects the consolidation of professional interests. In the results obtained in the diagnosis of the research project of the Department of Primary Education, of the University of Holguín, limitations are found in the students and empirical evidence in the teachers that reveal insufficient application and appropriation of the professional approach in the training process. In this sense, the article that is presented is part of one of the results of the project and is aimed at proposing teaching tasks to promote the professional approach from the Pedagogy program, 2nd year Day Course (CD) of the Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education. The relevance and viability of the proposal are verified through the application of scientific research methods and techniques, among the theoretical: analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction and empirical ones: observation, interviews, surveys, critical reflection workshops and modeling, those that show transformations in 6 teachers for the application, and in the modes of action of 150 students; in reaffirming your professional identity.
