In this article, actions aimed at the design of a pedagogical strategy that contribute to the teacher training of the specialty of Early Childhood Educator are exposed, which constitutes a priority in the III Improvement of the Cuban Educational System, so that Professionals are needed to scientifically direct the educational process in both modes of educational care. The objective of this article is that based on the analysis of the interest groups, a strategy can be built, which when implemented, contributes to the improvement of the actions, thus leading to an integral influence on the integral formation of the students, for the treatment of fine motor skills. In the course of it, the following methods were applied: theoretical, empirical and statistical; those that allowed to collect the information on the object of study, interpret it and process it in order to offer a solution to the scientific problem posed. The evaluation by criteria of experts allowed verifying the high level of agreement of them with respect to its theoretical, methodological and practical value; its partial validation in practice showed levels of transformation of the problem.
