In the pregnancy physiologic and metabolic changes take place that demand bigger nutritional demands, to move the additional corporal mass, as well as for the growth and development of the fetus. The pregnant women should make sure that their diet provides enough nutritious and energy so that the baby is developed and grow appropriately. The present study has as objective to carry out a proposal of educational orientation of the diet mainly to reduce the malnutrition in pregnant with low economic level in the Ecuadorian reality post pandemic. For the analysis of each alternative, as for reach and objective is owed auxiliary of the modulation of the methods AHP Saaty and Moora. Of the obtained results they are focused to prevent and to promote political economic and an alimentary culture in pregnant, because a complete diet would achieve that as much the mother as the baby enjoy good health. For it one works with university students to propose solutions that the economic politicians strengthen and of health dedicated to improve the feeding of the pregnant women with low acquisitive level and they can give this way to light healthy children.
