The curriculum of Marxist Philosophy in Higher Medical Education aims to provide students with a scientific, dialectical materialist conception of the world, in such a way that, in the treatment of this subject, it contributes to the achievement of the modes of action of a General Physician, ratifying education at work as the fundamental principle of medical training in Cuba. In the present circumstance and facing the challenges of the 2030 agenda, precepts are exposed such as that "the design of subjects and disciplines must be innovative in its form and content, and that it leads to an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary character in training". The current challenge of the philosophical training of medical students has determined the following scientific problem: What will be the contribution of the link with the scenarios of education at work to the philosophical training of medical students? The objective is to design a strategy to contribute to the philosophical training of medical students in their connection with the scenarios of education at work. The obtained results show an increase in the understanding of the contents of the Philosophy subject and its implementation in medical practice, the development of skills, an increase in their motivation and satisfaction with their philosophical training and a better assessment of the events of reality.
