This research revealed the social context of rural schools and the constraints that they are constantly facing. The perspective of this article aims to analyze ethical practices in the development of the rights and educational needs of rural school students.
The problem identified from the Pativilca case reflects that rural school has problems focused on the performance of professionals working in the Ministry of Education. The requirements of the rural school place the imperative social need for the Peruvian education system.
Clearly, different factors have negatively influence and generate the decline and impoverishment of the rural school in Lambayeque (Peru). The methodology used is the Chakana question, which allows the formulation of nine questions, of which three have been selected (diagonal level), these represent the analytical development of the content of this article.
Nine testimonies were used through the unstructured interview. The Chakana question develops critical thinking characterizing the social reality of rural school and has been evident the development of deductive reasoning, because the content has revolved around three questions based on the personal experience of the author of Pativilca case.
