TINTO ARANDES, Jaime; ERAZO ALVAREZ, Juan Carlos; VILORIA, Norka Judith  y  MOLINA, María Emilia. Business education: chaos, complexity and uncertainty analysis for the treatment of stock movements. Conrado [online]. 2023, vol.19, n.90, pp. 157-164.  Epub 27-Feb-2023. ISSN 1990-8644.

The study of the behavior of companies listed on the stock exchange, reflects that the decision-making processes are considered as meticulously as possible. Globalization and where the management of capital markets do not allow established fixed rules produce chaos, complexity and uncertainty. The purpose of this work is to build a predictive model that is not limited solely and exclusively to the short term, but extends to the medium and long term by applying business education in the theory of chaos and uncertainty, which allows establishing a certain order within the great disorder (entropy) prevailing in the sector in order to infer in which direction the stock market values of companies may move. The methodology is inscribed within the field designs, located in the non-experimental causal ones, because it allows establishing an interaction between the objectives and the reality of the field situation to be observed and collecting data directly from reality. The results manage to incorporate multiple criteria to make decisions and catch multiple values that serve to evaluate possibilities in the behavior of stock prices and allow contributions in the construction of dynamic models that make inferences for the determination of trends and behaviors of economic variables.
