The reliability and validity of an instrument to measure teacher mediation in the micro-planning of learning strategies in the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Regional University Center of Coclé 2022 was determined. The study was carried out observing the variables: teacher mediation and strategies teaching. Content validity (0.83) was established by applying the Lawshe (1975) statistical test modified by Tristán (2008). Finally, the measurement of Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.832, which implies that it is good.
