Capacitación para el aprendizaje efectivo de los derechos laborales de trabajadores bajo contratos ocasionales y nombramientos provisionales

The purpose of this study was to improve the knowledge and understanding of workers hired under casual service contracts or temporary appointment about their specific labor rights, as well as provide them with adequate training to strengthen their empowerment and protection in the workplace. To achieve this, a survey was carried out among a sample of 80 workers with said contracts, in order to assess their level of knowledge about their labor rights. The results obtained revealed a general lack of knowledge about specific labor rights for this group of workers, as well as a clear need to receive more information on the subject. These findings highlight the importance of further dissemination and training on this topic. The implementation of a training plan designed to close the existing knowledge gap and strengthen the protection of labor rights of workers with occasional service contracts or provisional appointment was proposed. Likewise, the design of accessible, understandable and adequate pedagogical materials and methods was provided, with the aim of providing an effective and satisfactory learning experience for the target workers.
