The migration has caught up with unprecedented levels of late years, becoming an one belonging to the bigger migrant crises of the world, where the access to education has been considered like an alarming situation. The objective of investigation is to conform an educational program for Venezuelan children as human mobility a necessary and urgent answer is the migrant present-day crisis. The reach of investigation is descriptive, these understand the description, record, analysis and interpretation of the present-day nature and the composition or people's processes, groups, communities or any other phenomenon. A tall level of assessment as to the violation of juvenile elderly rights in human mobility exists, it is to say than that way considers it approximately 93 % of respondents, an unfathomable ignorance and confusion of the respondents in the requirements of the Venezuelan minors to agree to an academic educational room in the Ecuadorian educational system are perceived that way also. The present Indian investigation that an additional limitation is the ignorance of the authorities in referent themes to human mobility. The access to Venezuelan minors' education as human mobility will have to be of priority attention, of the same way than give it the Ecuadorian children, with the difference than to this group of priority attention. The development of this educational program attempts to provide the Venezuelan children as human mobility an inclusive, equitable and quality education.
