Resumen

This article is a sample of the partial resulted of the institutional project that it belong to the Medical Science Department Finlay Albarrán, it is running and has a goal: design a pedagogy strategy to instruct and train of the nursery staff.

It is using as a start point to follow all procedures describe in the strategy, the research is support in empiric method that gather the opinion of the different persons that were consulting by us using different tools such as: thorough investigation of the al documents, observe the performance , team work during the work, experts consult. The staff was consulting by us during theirs works day, we took an account the opinion that some staff member considered experts by the others and they said that the learner’ s needs to make every time better. The information was processed taking an account the analysis, synthesis, interpretation and deductive methods.

The sample das apply to 42, learner of the Department. The problem was solved by this research is set method of the instruction and train and raise up to the post graduated level in the nursery staff. Starting to observe the requirement that this position demands and the skill that they must reach.
