Today, educational institutions need to improve their management, both internal and social, to participate actively in the prosperous and sustainable development of their country, by the year 2030, and as well, confront great challenges arising from the accelerated scientific and technical development and its rapid introduction in productive and service spheres and the exacerbation of ecological, economic, political and social crises that cause great national and international conflicts. All managers understand and accept the importance of prioritizing planning as I eat essential for search of the excellency, but there are still deficiencies in the application of planning practices and therefore in the quality of planning. This paper presents ideas and experiences directed when having suggestions methodological and adequate has acts to do by the executives and educational institutions specialists in the different grades about direction, that the one direct and help in how to continue on the practice for the amplification of the Annual Plan of Activities and his use as an unique tool of annual planning for the amplification of the monthly work plans of each grade of individual work plans of the heads, cells, specialists, and professors.
