The present work is framed in the theoretical and methodological analysis of the concept of quality of life in the educational context and establishes a relation with the professional and human improvement of the teachers, in particular of the Infantile Education. An approximation is made to those dimensions considered as biological and psychosocial determinants of quality of life, with special emphasis on mental health, psychosocial factors that determine health status, and the results of applying a health scale in a sample of these teachers.
