The diagnosis of pedagogical communicative competence in the teaching officers of the high School of War of the Republic of Angola, today becomes a necessity for the elevation of the quality of the educational process in these institutions.

This article identifies the dimensions and indicators that make it possible to characterize the current state of this complex variable. To this end, we used theoretical level methods, empirical level and statistical that made it possible to diagnose strengths and weaknesses in relation to the behavior of indicators of the variable pedagogical communicative competence in subjects Studied.
