In general, Research Methodology books focus their attention on the elements of the theoretical-methodological design, the process itself, its stages and the writing of research paper but the books do not make reference to how to write a scientific research proposal. A mistreatment of the term strategy has been seen when checking master’s degree, doctorate and diploma paper researchers. In cases, variants of the term are presented without presenting its essence or choice criteria. The present paper has as objectives to systematize different definitions on strategy on the educational field, design features, and the elaboration of the strategy itself as well as the characteristics a research must have in order to assume a particular type of strategy beside of proposing a methodological-didactic strategy that could satisfy actions from the didactic and methodological ground.
