This 21st century obliges and calls for the production of reflections that allow us to appreciate different theoretical approaches to professional improvement since it is an area that it is still open to discussion and there are several investigations oriented towards the development of this process that reveal the debate maintains nowadays on this subject, with emphasis on technical areas. Towards this way emerges the present essay, in which it is argued and discussed about the professional improvement, characteristics and relations are needed that agree to reach a level of generalization about the technical professional improvement and infer theoretical formulations that base a look at the technical areas to favor continuous updating, complementation and reorientation of professional technical content. Finally, some peculiarities of the training as an organizational form of the technical professional improvement in the context of the labor entity are presented.
