The authors differ and they interrelate terms, but essentially different: diversity, attention to the diversity, management, educational management, and educational management of the attention to the diversity. For they are based it in the contributions of national investigators and foreigners. Then they demonstrate that the diversity is present not alone in the students, family and hard-working, but also in the professors and directive of the educational institutions, reason for which to assist to the diversity is responsibility of all, mainly of those who the direction organs and technicians of these schools, responsible for guaranteeing the material resources and financiers required for it, as well as of creating the normative mark and the climate socio-psychological that it demands this process. Lastly, they propose the system of actions that in a more effective way it allows to negotiate the attention to the diversity in the institutes preuniversitys of the capital.
