The incorporation of orientated strategies to encourage the invention and the entrepreneurial investigation through the step of projects I +D +i is key to guarantee that the potential of its human talent may generate, to construct and to spread out the necessary knowledge adjusted to the new organizational requirements and to the requests of the society. You encounter a methodology in this article led to form the ability to try to obtain projects I +D +i in the teachers of Capacitación's National Center Sugar, in the ones that integrate of coherent way, the theoretic components and metodológico, as from the utilization of a Weblog like support of this. They utilized the analytical synthetic, systemic structural functional methods and the modelation for the sake of describing the methodology's components and his relations for the development of investigation.
