In the History Science we must distinguish process and subject work that occasionally has a different behavior. Frye, who produced a renovation of the Cuban public school from its job of School Superintendent. What is more, he promoted that hundreds of Cuban new teachers get a course at the Harvard University having the support of professors, students and also the American people that hosted then at its homes. Contrasting the Frye´s actuation with the neo-colonials projections of the power circles at United States is a truth that we must not forget.
