In spite of the time lapsed that has passed since the origin of the cultural and historical approach up to now, it is still effective in psychology and education because this approach is characterized to have a wide application in the societies that promote the individual development of all their citizen as we Cuban do by means of the social insertion. Besides, is offers the psychologists and the professors a very useful investigation field that answers the need of the current school and solves the challenges and problems that it demands.

In the Technical and Military Institute José Martí, the first year students of radioelectronic branch have difficulties in the content related to the functions that constitute the base of the whole infinitesimal analysis and the contents Superior Mathematics I and II subjects these contents are very important for the radioelectronic engineers since they model phenomena and processes related to their work.

The author of this work considers that, teaching the math subject she contributed to their future work using the information and communication technologies so the objective of this work is to show how the author of this work contributes, to this process taking in to account the cultural and historical approach.
