This article has as its objective to set the importance of the development of educative comunication in secondary school teachers; taking in consideration the information interchange, emphatic relatioships, assertive behaviour and linguistic courtesy, through educational goals of 2030 Agenda and current improvement of Education Ministery. Recent researches are the basis, giving common and significative aspects. The article makes references to the conflicts solutions in the educative comunity as a way to live in harmony inside of it. It also makes emphasis in the importance of educative communication in different spaces, including the digital communication and social networks. It explains that educative communication is more an information interchange; it is emotion, feeling, setting in the other´s place, comprehension of human behaviour, making easier espontaneous conversations based on respect, courtesy, colaboration, cooperation and understanding. Finally, it emphasizes in the possitive influence that it has in secondary schools´ teachers, the students development and the solution of all kind of conflicts in all ambits.
