The work presents an approach to a topic as recurring as the environmental impact that occurs within the Physical Activity and the analysis of factors that affect the degree of pressure on the environment is greater or lesser, being performed the treaties, among others, the type of sport or activity, the specialty within that sport and the field in which it is framed in a certain sport. The Physical Activity is generally carried out outdoors, in direct contact with the environment and for our educational system aims to educate the body and its movement, involving its physical and mental abilities and skills. Methods of the theoretical and empirical level were used, as well as procedures that allowed finding the essential results. The degree of impact that the Physical Activities exert on the natural environment, require orientation for the behavior and the way of acting of those interested in the practice of these activities.
