It is unquestionable that the university of our times works on a new dimension of collective responsibility with society, which requires and, therefore, requires qualitative changes in the management model to guarantee the integration of research and postgraduate processes, in in order that the impacts on the university, on society and on the environment, are increasingly congruent with the ideals of social justice and defense of the environment. Based on what was discussed, the President of the Councils of State and Ministers, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez emphasizes that local development requires the knowledge of the university: humanistic, economic, on the social sciences, technologies, the pedagogical also emphasizes in the need of a collegiate leadership because through participation, if people participate, they learn and if they learn, we are training, if the people who participate teach, then we are teaching and if those who participate improve, then knowledge is managed, innovation is generated through the investigation.
