The words problems understanding constitute an essential objective and content of the primary education. The investigations have more than enough evaluation of the quality of the Mathematics learning they have conceptualized the work with problems like part of the superior levels of the cognitive performance of the students, what has limited their boarding like specific object of teaching and learning. Consequently, the article objective's is to elaborate the levels of cognitive performance of the words problems understanding in the primary education.
