Distance Education has developed considerably in keeping with evolution and progress of Information and Communication technologies and at present, it marks up an advanced educational technology for the career enhancement of teachers, managers, executives and personnel as a whole, but lacking however, a system of professional capacity-building that make it possible for them to be well-prepared in the management of this modality. Therefore, teaching managers such as: teachers, methodologists and trainers are required to be well-trained while developing new skills in order to become part of learning systems using non-presential forms involving the information and communication technologies. The aim of this paper is to present the partial findings as a result of the capacity-building actions system as a tool for the teacher´s career enhancement.
