Baseball is a spectacle sport that attracts a large number of spectators. Its practice is carried out from very early ages taking into account those elements that allow the practitioner a correct assimilation of the elements of the game. In order to raise the results of baseball athletes, it is necessary to perfect the preparation of the coaches who lead the process of sports training, where overcoming exercises a primordial role. The diagnosis made, with the use of scientific methods of the theoretical, empirical and statistical levels, to the preparation of the Baseball teams of the social category, revealed theoretical-practical-methodological insufficiencies of the coaches of this sport in the special municipality Isla of Youth, which have an unfavorable impact on their results and the preparation of athletes, which leads to propose a strategy of improvement for the improvement of the professional who leads that process. The strategy of overcoming in its conception, proposes strategic actions in which the laws, categories and principles are combined, in addition new ways are offered to conceive the process of improvement in the Isle of Youth, such as the improvement courses referred to the Didactics of sport, pedagogical-methodological workshops and self-improvement activities.
