In the article it is treated the value formation in primary education students from Physical Education lessons, that is one of the elements that should receive a special attention in the teaching learning Process from the unity between Education and instruction that should characterize this process. That´s why the authors focus their attention in the methodological treatment done in Physical Education lessons to the formation of values in Primary Education students. For the development of the investigation, it was used different methods such as analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, historic-logic, observation, documental revision, survey and statistic description. It was done the processing of the information dealing with the formation of values in the students of this age and specifically in Physical Education class; as well as the difficulties that are present in its methodological treatment. This allowed us to make an evaluation of the difficulties and potentialities present in the process of values formation in the Physical Education class. That permits to elaborate a set of actions, so the objective of this article is to propose a set of actions leading to make good use of the potentialities of the Physical Education to contribute to the values formation in Primary Education students.
