he Integral Centres for Technical Service are a new form of organization into our agricultural sector. These Centres will offer services of mechanization to the agricultural entities of the municipality and also services of reparation and maintenance of agricultural machinery, irrigation equipment and means of transport. The last task converts the activities of technical service in a strong link into the new organization, and the establishment of previous strategic actions will be the clue for the success of the mission of these units. Taking as reference one of the selected repair and maintenance shops for convert it into a Base Enterprise Unit, located at the municipality of Guira de Melena, in the south of the province of Havana, a study was made, that included as the first aspect the determination of the current status of the productive means in the shop and the tasks of maintenance and reparation they perform. Taking the results of the study was made a prospective analysis identifying vision, mission and objectives of the future organization and were determined the internal and external factors with incidence into the activities of technical service. Also, were identified the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the future organization, all of which served for focusing the strategic actions and working lines for the ulterior improving of the services offered.
