Abstract
BETANCOURT RODRIGUEZ, Yoel and IGLESIAS CORONEL, Ciro. Foundation to the design of stripe tillage implements in heavy clay soil under mount for the sugar cane plantation. Rev Cie Téc Agr [online]. 2011, vol.20, n.2, pp.05-10. ISSN 2071-0054.
Some design parameters of the stripe tillage implements in mound suffice are foundation. The mathematical modelling of these determined that increase of work depth in regard to the inter row space of 0,01...0,15 m and the fail incline angle in the transversal plane of 30o...50o diminishes the width of work of the arrow from 0,87 to 0,71 m. The distance between two scarifier arms increase with the increment of the facing angles of the tool and of soil-metal friction up to 0,85 m, also the augment of these organs from two to four, reduces the distance among them to 0,3 m. it is recommended for the stripe primary operation in mound surfaces, with scarifier in tandem, that the width of work of the arrow's scarifier and the spaced out among these will be 0,87 and 0,85 m respectively.
Keywords : arrows; width of work; work member distances; workable area.
