The present work has as objective to analyze the causes that influence in the behavior of the content of impurities during the rice harvest under the conditions of work of the Rice Farm "Los Palacios", Pinar del Rio province, Cuba. The content of impurities was evaluated in function of the agricultural yield, the productivity and the humidity of the grain harvested on the part of the New Holland L521 harvester machine and New Holland TC57 harvester machine.
