The present work stems from one of the investigations implied to end for Centre of Study of Agrarian and Rural Development (CEDAR) of the University Agrarian of Havana, the same one aims at contributing to the Modelation Statistics - Mathematics for her analysis socioeconomic sustainability in the sector the stone slabs's cattle of San Jose municipality, for this study recollect him the year's information 2007 to the 2010 envelope's first semester the different variables that they represent her social and economic dimensions sustainability in the cattle sector and different socioeconomic indexes were  obtained for each one of these years. The model that better was adjusted to the different indexes aftermaths attended the of quadratic tendency, to which calculate it to him he values it of relative sustainability. From the practical point of view this investigation a strong tool is for the decision makings for the social actors and locales in the cattle sector.
