The objective of the present work is the determination of the main parameters of quality of the transplanting-machine TMA-4 in the semi-mechanized ricecultivation, which was determined in a Hidromórfico Nodular Ferruginous Gley Petroferrico soil in three sheets of water, being obtained the best results of quality in the sheet of 1cm of height, with a depth of transplant of plant of 2...3 cm and with a quantity of plants for transplanted organ of the machine from two to three plants. The quantity of niches for square meters is of 23 with a distance among niches of 26,5 a 27,8 cm.
