The presented model is based on the evaluation of aspects like road, facilities electro-energetics, land aptitude, water availability, facilities for the establishment of irrigation systems, water quality, total, maximum and minimum rain probable, drought years frequency, evapotranspiration, crop growth period, wet season duration and harvest probable duration, goal yield, cane production prediction, competition with other crops, proximity to sugar mill, region development necessity, jobs generation and benefit-cost ratio. The concept presented here corresponds to sugar mill probable location with a capacity of 10 000 t of millablecane stalks per day, which must being located in Monagas State belonging to Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, that comprises the production systems based on the sugar cane development for the ethanol production in the context of the Bolivarian Alternative for America.
