Inside of the harvester machine that was introduce on the Rice Agroindustrial Complex  “Los Palacios”, in the 2008 there are an rice harvester machine Laverda 225 REV come from Italy. The objective of the present research is determiner the level of adaptability of the harvester machine Laverda 225 REV for the daily  technical  maintenance  and technical maintenance  1 (MT-1), besides the performance of work personal during his operating in the Rice Agrindustrial Complex Los Palacios.
