It consists on the automation of the Method Delphy, which one of the subjective methods is considered of predicting more reliable, it constitutes a procedure to make a square of the evolution of complex situations, through the statistical elaboration of the opinions of experts in the treated topic. The same one allows to surpass the mark of the most signal current conditions in a phenomenon and to reach an integral and wider image of their possible evolution, reflecting the individual valuations of the experts, which will be able to be based, so much in a strictly logical analysis as in their intuitive experience. This program has been used evaluation of the impact of the technological administration of the cultivation of the rice, in the Cooperative Sector and Peasant.
