Abstract

This paper presents the application of blurred or diffuse logic, to identify the types of soils most affected in an agro-system, by the Central Mechanism of Soil’s Overuse Syndrome, taking as a case study: the presence of the syndrome symptoms and the degree in which they affect the agro-system: Finca “La Esperanza”, in the province of Camagüey, where the Big6 model was used. Besides, twelve types of soils are identified, which are the most affected by the aforementioned syndrome and symptoms with far-reaching effect on these soils. The rigorous execution of the different steps of the applied blurred method admitted having selected the most affected soils by the twelve signs of the Central Mechanism of Soil’s Overuse Syndrome.
