The use of thermography is developed in this work for the inspection and diagnostic of a steam generator wall type BKZ-340-140/29M, to identify its thermal condition in normal condition and in failure. As important results were identified failure zones and their relation with the thermal values measured, a statistic study of these relations was developed, and a correlation between them was obtained. Besides, there were done technical considerations about the condition of the wall that were confirmed later.
