Resumen

PEREZ PUPO, Juan Rafael. Optimization of the hydraulic operation of the slicing apparatus and cutting disks of the sugar cane harvester. Rev Cie Téc Agr [online]. 2015, vol.24, n.4, pp.36-40. ISSN 2071-0054.

Usually the design and analysis of hydraulic systems is conducted in an interactive way by the method of proof and modification which leads to a circuit diagram and the calculation of the components and parameters of the system. The simulation nowadays is used to analyze the behaviour of the systems, investigating the role of the design parameters in the performance of the system. The simulation program HOPSAN has been developed in the Division of Hydraulic and Mechanical Systems of the University of Linköping, Sweden, since 1977. It has been from the beginning a system for modeling, simulation and analysis of hydraulic systems. The algorithms of optimization that have been implemented in HOPSAN provide the possibility to optimize the behaviour of the system, subject to restrictions. In this paper we simulate and optimize the hydraulic system of working of the slicing apparatus and cutting discs of the cane harvester, assessing the influence of the constructive parameters of the system on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system and its benefits.

Palabras clave : fluid power systems; simulation; software.
