Determining Cuba´s Prices Policy is an inseparable part of the governing role of the Socialist State over economy. The present work´s goal is to provide entities with an adequate and updated procedure towards wholesale prices formation, as stated by Resolution N.o 20 (2014), issued by the Minister of Finances and Prices. Consequently, the theoretical-conceptual terminology of price´s category and the in force resolutions as to their formation were reviewed, so then, afterwards be able to apply them in a case study performed at the Factory of Dry Mixtures, "Fernando Chenard Piña."
