The theoretical conceptual base is established in the article through the analysis of the national and international experience regarding the standardized management systems. A critical assessment of the main definitions referred to the quality management system and to the management integrated system is also carried out. Its current situation is dealt with through the analysis of the statistics of certification of the Cuban Business System, as well as at international level. Among the main obtained results one can observe a comparative analysis of the integrating models, procedures, approaches and norms according to their conceptual basis, objectives, scope, structure, sector where this analysis is applied as well as the tools associated.
