Control of inventories is important to develop efficiently management of a business. Information reliability, precision and updating influence on the controlling aspect of the economic resources and on the supplying of merchandises offered to the clients, as well as on the decrease of reductions. To achieve a higher rotation of inventories, to work in favor of a better service and to stimulate the increase of incomes, the following paper focuses on knowing the causes that produce the existence of slow movement products in CIMEX Moa Trade Center in order to avoid the stagnation of these products and the losses in sales caused by this concept.
