Abstract

The role of part-time post grade formation program is analyzed as a knowledge transference channel between universities and Industry in Cuba, on the basis of the results of Master Program on Quality and Environmental Management. An exploratory and descriptive study is carried out to this aim, through questionnaires which are applied to 46 graduated students, as well as the analysis of the contents of 100 final papers. The program has had an impact on students? organizations through innovations for improving performance. We could note that the success of this knowledge transference channel is influenced by the development level of the organizational culture, which determines enterprises readiness to absorb it, taking into account their strategic capabilities.
