Management, competitiveness and strategic approach themes have always been a key element within the business world; therefore they have had a special treatment in the reference bibliography. Even though, it is true that there are texts that relate harmonically the couple of words strategic management or competitiveness and strategy, no other couples are identified that integrate the three categories. Thus, the aim of this paper is to establish the conceptual and methodological relation this triad can have in the business world. For that, we take as study case "Juan Pio de Mora" Saving and Credit Cooperative in Ecuador, by identifying there, a space for research in this sense. As the result of this, the theoretical analysis carried out to achieve an integrated definition about the study categories, as well as the proposal of a methodology that can be experimentally used to get results in practice, is shown in this paper.
