The aim of the paper was to provide three tools that constitute the bases for obtaining preliminary ideas to continually improve information systems and the development of business management control. The first tool suggests the diagnosis method of the integrated subsystems from the State Management and Direction System (Stochastic Dynamic General Equilibrium) by fulfilling the Cuban Rules currently in force. The second shows the organization for designing the information systems integrated to the State Management and Direction System, and the third shows classifications of the existing decisions-support system (DSS) which clarifies specific functions for making organizational decisions. In such sense, the proposed procedure and the benefits it represents are described
