The aims of every process are their outputs or results, thus, improvements made to the processes must be guided towards the achievement of their good performance that is equivalent to the desired outputs. These outputs, in turn, have been foreseen for meeting not only the clients and the own organization?s interests, but also the interests of the community where the organization is located and those of society as a whole. The present study identified the need to achieve an increase in the clients? satisfaction of "Valencia" Hostel, therefore the objective of the study was to improve processes for this aim. The diagnosis made, revealed the need to make improvements in reservation processes, check-in, rooms cleaning, and breakfast in order to increase clients? welfare of the "Valencia" Hostel.
