This work presents the so-called scenario planning, with the aim of applying it to training in management science, so managerial quality can be enhanced. Some of the tools included by Michel Godet and Philippe Durance in their book Strategic Foresight for Corporate and Regional Development (2011) were used. The MICMAC method for structural analysis was also used with the aim of determining the key variables within the system under study. The SMIC PROB-EXPERT technique for scenario building was used as well. The expected results were gotten.
