The article aims to develop a procedure for determining the livestock costs of the entity Agropecuaria Integral Holguín and, from this, improve the calculation, recording and analysis of real costs as it is a business need in the country. In the research that was necessary to carry out, analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction were used as theoretical methods and documentary review as empirical ones.
