The use of procedures in the studies carried out in the entities offers a guide to show uniform results, i.e. the set of actions and/or operations that must be carried out regardless of the circumstances. Applying them correctly in the work organization study will allow the company to know why the working day is wasted, to detect where the productive reserves are, as well as to increase efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
