One of the objectives of the Empresa de Producciones Metálicas de La Habana (EPROMAP) is to align the management system to the ICT development strategy and develop an integrated information, computerization and communication system. To achieve this, it is necessary to follow the changes in technology to acquire newer products that guarantee the infrastructure that supports the systems and optimizes the processes. The research is aimed at showing the impact of computerization on EPROMAP's strategic management and to propose a solution adapted to its needs and characteristics, which will make its information system viable to support decision making.
